Terms of Service

By using TideMind, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

TideMind is a personal knowledge management tool with optional cloud sync. It helps you build and maintain a living knowledge graph across your AI tools and notes.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use TideMind.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Data Ownership

You own your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the content you create in TideMind. We store and process your data solely to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Store illegal content in your knowledge graph.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
  • Use TideMind for automated scraping, spamming, or abuse of any kind.
  • Reverse-engineer the cloud service infrastructure.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • The free plan has no cost and no time limit.
  • Paid plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep TideMind available at all times, but we do not guarantee uptime. The free plan does not include a service level agreement. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time through the app settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.
  • Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

TideMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
